1. Acceptance of Terms

Benefex is an active organization in the Forex and Cryptocurrency markets offering:

  • - Digital asset portfolio management
  • - Market analysis for crypto and Forex
  • - Algorithmic and automated trading strategies
  • - Trading robots (bots) and expert advisors

All trading accounts remain under the user’s ownership. Users create accounts with exchanges/brokers in their own name and provide the required API keys for automated trading.

3. Use of Services

3.1 User Account Ownership

All exchange or broker accounts must be registered under the user’s legal identity. The user is responsible for account security, verification, and compliance with exchange policies.

3.2 API Access

Users shall provide only the required API permissions for trade execution. Benefex never requests withdrawal rights under any circumstances.

3.3 Trading Bots and Expert Advisors

Benefex bots operate based on predefined algorithms. Profit or loss is a natural part of financial markets. Benefex does not guarantee any fixed return, minimum profit, or zero-risk performance.

4. Packages, Registration, and Payments

Users may select from different asset-management packages based on their investment size.


All fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise decided by Benefex.


Benefex reserves the right to adjust package prices without prior notice. However, previously purchased plans remain unaffected.

5. Liability and Risk Disclosure

5.1 Disclaimer of Liability

Benefex is not responsible for:

  • - Market volatility, financial losses, or trading risks
  • - Internet outages, server issues, API disruptions, or exchange-side failures
  • - User mistakes in providing accurate information or managing their account
  • - Regulatory changes, sanctions, or restrictions by exchanges/brokers

5.2 Market Risk

The user acknowledges that:

  • - Trading in digital assets and Forex carries a high level of risk.
  • - Loss of part or all invested capital is possible.
  • - Investments should be made based on the user's own risk tolerance.

6. Data Security

Benefex is committed to protecting all user information. API keys are used solely for executing trades. However, no online system can guarantee 100% security.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Avoid illegal activities, including fraud or money laundering
  • Never provide API keys with withdrawal permissions
  • Avoid any activity that may harm Benefex systems or infrastructure

8. Termination of Service

Benefex may suspend or terminate a user's access when:

  • There is a violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
  • False information is provided

Users may stop cooperation at any time by removing API access.

9. Changes to the Terms

Benefex reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated version.

10. Governing Law

These terms follow international standards of online commercial activity. Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
